Live Drawing performance as part of day long arts festival.

Stitching Stories - 'Ympf' Project Space, Munich city center, 2007
Group Installation and performance event. Produced a large scale drawing as a backdrop for the event.

Routes and Roads - Villa Waldberta, Munich 2007
Collaborative audiovisual performance with Tomas Zizka and Judith Egger. Improvisation between saxophone, cello, percussion and live drawing and video.

Work Experience / Curation

Thinking Outside the Box. The Bluecoat, Liverpool May 2010.
Initiated and a four person exhibition investigating themes of place and how experience affects our reading of environment. Recent paintings placed alongside artists working in moving image, sculpture, text and photography.

Global Studio. The Bluecoat, Liverpool April - June 2010
Co-curated The Royal Standard's contribution to 'Global Studio' at The Bluecoat. Overseeing a programme of  five exhibitions, including 'Turning Scouse' - a group exhibition of artists from The Royal Standard. Took part in a variety of talks and discussions exploring working methods and connections between artists across the world and in Liverpool

BamBamBam. The Royal Standard, January 2010
Co curated and exhibited in a series of three, week long solo exhibitions by artists at The Royal Standard. Led a group disucussion exploring artistic influences in our practices.


Pretty Deep, The Royal Standard, Liverpool, March - April, 2009
Co-curated an exhibition of recent work by 7 artists from the across the UK and Europe. Investigating how the artists formal explorations within their medium relate to wider issues of history, sarcasam , sincerity and desperation.

The Royal Standard, Liverpool, October 2007 to Present
Working as part of a team of six new directors running an artists group studio, gallery and social work space in Liverpool. Responsible for the co-ordination of a range of activities including exhibitions, events, artist talks and studio discussions.

Liverpool John Moores University, February 2008 - Present
Gaining teaching experience as a visiting lecturer in Fine Art. Have given group lectures on own practice to students, along with individual tutorials. January - May 2010 worked with fifteen First Year Fine Art students on a drawing module exploring themes of wasted space. Oversaw the curation of a final exhibition for the students, alongside critical discussions, and talks.
